About the project
Petit France is being built in the 20^thline of Vasilievsky Island, in the tradition of the classical tenement buildings of St. Petersburg. Two symmetric blocks face the red line of the street, whereas the central part is embedded and forms a spacious green yard, cour d'honneur. The central part of the yard is designed as a single element topped with elaborate sculptures.

Besides apartments with French balconies, mansards and terraces, Petit France is going to present St. Petersburg with some new housing design: bottom floors of the estate will contain two-level apartments with individual entrances. Every apartment will have a small front garden at the entrance and a personal local parking area with a closet, as well as an independent entrance to the sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace.
