About the project
ArtLine in Primorsky by Setl Group is a top comfort class development, inspired by the subjectof art and designed with participation of emerging architects and contemporary artists.
Located 350 meters away from the Staraya Derevnya metro station, the complex comprises five 11-storeyed blocks with underground parkings, two 12-storeyed apart hotels, a kindergarten with a large playground, and a multilevel above-the-ground parking. Architectural solutions at ArtLine are a combination of volume elements and bold hues. Ventilated facades are finished with different shades of ceramic granite. In the ground floors, there will be the necessary amenities.
The heart of the complex will be the public space with an adventure park, a sports ground, stylistically rendered decorations, and leisure sites. Every block will have a cozy tranquil yard, closed off to vehicles and comprising playgrounds for little children.
