About the project
Austere lines and geometric shapes of this project combine in a spatial composition that finely honors the local terrain specifics.
Natural materials (natural wood and stone) highlight organic architectural solutions and have to emphasize unity with nature. The shape and material of the roof (folded panels) are chosen with account to the climatic zone and the local flora.
The customer wanted the house to be compact and yet comprise enough premises. This is why the key principle for design was as much interior functionality as practicable.
With the total area of 439.4 m2, the house comprises an entrance lobby, walk-in wardrobes, warehouses, 4 toilets, a kitchen, a diner, a sitting room, a guest bedroom, a billiard room, 3 master bedrooms, a gym, and a shelter for 2 vehicles.
