About the project
Green roofs have been used for hundreds of years. They are eco-sustainable and ensure heat and sound insulation, reduce loads on drainage systems and extend roofing life periods. Thequestionishowsuchgreenroofcanbeused? It’sthemostvisiblepartofthehouse, anditshouldbethemainleisureplace.

The task of the project was to update the concept of traditional Nordic pitched green roofs with rather primitive vegetation, typically used only for enjoying its appearance.

We went further: we chose plants, zoned the roof, made it comfortable and functional, with automatic watering and lighting, with safe stairs and terraces. The sun parlor, the swimming pool, the patio, the BBQ zone, the summer kitchen, rain sheds, swings, lawns, decorative shrubs and perennial plants are at your service.
