About the project
The gas tank stands in the developed site of the former industrial complex, at the today’s central district of St. Petersburg, which places certain restrictions as regards to transport, the site boundaries, and options of environmental beautification.
After renovation, this facility should become a multifunctional exhibition space. Creating a distinct and remarkable image is necessary from the point of the urban environment. Moreover, it can improve the image of the site, and consequently – the district and the urban district. Symbolism of the solution and its implementation play one of the decisive roles here.
