About the project
The Ryabinina Manor is a listed estate of the 19thcentury at Ilyinskaya Street in a historical district of Nizhny Novgorod. Its white-stone church, empire-style architecture, and arcade with massive columns serve as an amazing backdrop for a cozy summer cafe.
Our task was to breathe new life into a manor which had been abandoned for a long time. At the same time, it was important to keep the spirit of the place.
The place has acquired a new function. The architectural ensemble harmoniously integrates a cafe with wooden flooring, a white designer bench, a green lawn that has become the center of the landscape layout, and a play area for children.
Thus, tradition and innovation go here hand in hand.
