About the project
It was decided to generally restore the lost buildings, recover the historical ensemble, and proceed with the embankment development on the previous scale.

Different scales require different content: the docks will house a museum, and the dense development – a campus.
The isle starts with an arch, and arches separate the museum and campus zones; with the double arch of the university the isle ends, and you can walk further to the main square, the spit of the isle, matching the portico of the Gorny Institute.
