About the project
The development site is located in Saratov, close to the Gusyolka River. The surrounding premises feature magnificent landscapes and stunning panoramic views. The design concept provides for 2 three-storeyed buildings of the same layout. Every building will comprise two blocks with abundant plastic art on the facades.

Color solutions of the houses can vary, forming some graphic structure. The buildings are designed with free yard premises at the bottom level. Flat roofs of residential blocks offer great panoramic views of the surrounding terrain.
