About the project
Despite the low ceiling, the lobby looks light thanks to accurate choice of finishing materials and location of lamps. It is cozy, too, thanks to warm hues of the furniture textile and metal elements.

The dominant finishing material is lime stone.

The elevator hall supports the lobby concept in terms of style: stairs and walls are finished with lime stone, the pram storage room features light hues and personal boxes for every apartment, as well as storage premises for bicycles, skis, snowboards, skates, and prams.
The baby club features the Nordic style with mainly naturally colored wooden furniture.
