About the project
Several areas of focus were determined for development of this site: arrangement of a recreation space at the coast; provision of a public center for the village; establishment of a dairy production center comfortably accessible by cargo vehicles and in accordance with sanitary zone provisions.
A pedestrian boulevard runs through the village, taking the residents from all its parts to the public center, the embankment, parks and public gardens.
Close to the center, there are section low rise buildings, followed by residential blocks with private garden plots, and then there are houses with private agricultural production sites.
The village center comprises an administrative building, a public center, a school, a kindergarten, a hospital and a health center, a fitness center and a youth community center, a market and a store.
