About the project
Little Finland is a unique project of a development with its own amenities, children’s playgrounds, and recreation zones at the Gulf of Finland. The district already comprises the first four residential buildings of 8 to 9 storeys high. In 2020, they intend to proceed with construction of four low-rise houses with only 6 to 12 apartments each, as well as three 9-storeyed buildings with inbuilt public facilities, parkings for 145 cars, and warehouses for convenience of the residents. Every house will feature a picturesque view over the Gulf of Finland and the medieval castle.
