About the project
The two-storeyed cottage is located in the Adler District of Sochi, in the Sadovy Micro-district Krasnaya Polyana.
While discussing the general concept of the future home, the customer came up with an idea to build a chalet-style house. Further it became clear that the customer liked this style only for the low, sloping roofs with large overhangs. And so, this combination of modern facades and chalet-style roofs was brought to life.
The house is very harmonious and perfectly fits into the natural landscape of Krasnaya Polyana. Terraces of the ground and first floors offer magnificent views of the mountains, which create an atmosphere of coziness and tranquility.
The house has been under construction since 2018.
