About the project
The residential complex Futurist will be erected in the western part of the Petrogradskaya Side. The architectural solutions and the name of the residential complex were inspired by art of the early 20th century – Avant-Garde, minimalist practices of constructivism, and luxurious art deco. Together these chronologically close but conceptually different styles produce something completely new.
The striking example of industrial architecture of the 1920—1930s – the Levashovsky Bread Factory – is intended to dominate at the site. Most apartments offer views over Krestovsky Island and the Malaya Neva River, the Petrogradskaya Side, and the unique building of the bread factory. The ceilings are at least 3 m high at every floor. Some of the apartments have scenic terraces. Among the amenities for residents are a meeting room, two massage parlors, a lounge, and a yoga studio.
