About the project
The new building takes on the genetics of the old Samara and offers new concepts of comfort. The building is secured from the noise of the central road, and the dynamic façade protects its apartments from the Sun in the south. Green roofs and terraces remind us Samara is a resort city.
The house is accessed via a garden corridor with panoramic glazing. Lower floors comprise a convenient public space with a view to the crowded street, where hundreds of students from the three neighboring universities walk down every day. At night, warm light penetrates through shutters and stained-glass windows of the ground floor.
