About the project
This private house will stand on a hill, 40 meters above the river, offering marvelous views of the Don and the local nature reserve. The design site seemed to be floating in the air, and the authors considered the house of 250 m2 should float, too. The project features a specific composition take – wing-like structures clad with suspended facades. The bright image of this modern private residence is a combination of these structures and really large sun-catching windows.
