About the project
The author suggested that the recreation zone shall be arranged within the dull grounds of the former railways of the Finland Station. The dominant of the site is a contemporary art center that is to become a site of attraction and a popular destination. New facilities are to be integrated with the existing development, for the designed facility and its architectural looks to match the industrial structures.
