About the project
The author intended to design some multi-functional grounds, reflecting perspective and sustainable development of the district, integrated into the urban environment. The project included a new green zone, essential for the district, wheremany residential premises are being designed. All the buildings within the project are intended to protect people fromnegative impact of the outer world, including noise, weather, and pollutants. Another advantage is ensuring psychological and physical comfort for people inside: for this, lighting levels are brought to the maximum, comfortable temperature arrangements are designed, and proper noise levels are guaranteed.
