About the project
The sophisticated layout repeats the outline of the narrow and extended site that barely has any straight lines. Located in a quiet district of Krasnaya Polyana, the site borders on the busy terrain on one side, and on the other side, it offers great views over the valley and the mountains.
To minimize building expenses and leave the natural context intact, the house is put on a concrete beam platform, which shelters the entrance and the parking. All the residential premises are built of brick above the platform.
