About the project
Rocher House is a project with a total area of 6,000 sq.m. The land is still under construction and development is located on the highest hill in Semarang, Central Java – Indonesia. The view from here is breath-taking and we can see the whole city area.The building will consist of 2 storeys. The ground floor contains service area and automotive gallery. While the first floor is for main and living area. One of the highlights of this project is that the building consists of two corners of the land, so the building façade will have a grandeur and extensive look. But we never compromise the homey and main purpose of building the house for our client, as they will also get a luxurious homey home with complete facilities that’s supporting the home functions itself. With such vast and extensive area, the circulation of this house will be divided into private wing and public area wing section, divided with foyer entrance area that will be designed with handmade mosaic.
