About the project
Welcome to Meridiana, recognized as Community of The Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association. Here you’ll find an oasis retreat meet a new home community, minutes south of Pearland, TX. Meridiana is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but just close enough to everything you need. Balancing rural and urban, Meridiana’s innovative design features allow the community to serve as a livable classroom. With a state-of-the-art elementary school, a junior high and high school on the way, and learning labs nestled in the community, students will find innovative, new ways to learn.
