About the project
The BG house is located in a central area of Póvoa de Varzim, on a long and narrow plot, being quite conditioned by the rules of the existing plans and by the pre-existing elements of the old construction.
The house has three floors: the common spaces are located on the ground floor, opening up and allowing a direct relationship with the garden and the street. The more private spaces are located on the upper floors.
The volumetry was designed to guarantee the urban coherence of the proposal, since the first floor guarantees the volumetric continuity of the adjacent buildings. The third floor, indented, is 'discreet', having no impact from the street.
