About the project
This country house stands on the sunny slope. A view over the Gulf of Amur opens from the terraces. The site layout has several levels, which follow the local terrain.
Facades of the house, the arbor and the garage are clad with ceramic bricks, and so is the fence. The customer bought a basic project on the web, and the architect was asked to adjust these solutions and design the facades. Windows were made arch-shaped, the corners of the house were decorated with octahedral columns, and the roof got brick pillars. In the lower part of the site, there is a cozy brick arbor with floor-to-ceiling glazing. It is a great place to visit regardless the season. At the entrance to the site, there is a garage.
