About the project
A free layout penthaus of 180 m2 at the 23rd floor for a family with three kids features an elegant yet cozy warm-colored interior with as little detail as possible, as the customers wanted it.
At the 1st level, an entrance hall leads to the kitchen diner, and t staircase is an integral element of this level. There are two studies, a closet, and a bathroom, too. The 2nd level comprises two rooms for the kids – one for 2 girls, and another for a boy. The master bedroom is combined with the winter garden, offering a tremendous panorama. The bathroom at the 2nd level has a jakuzzi, and there are also a walk-in wardrobe and a small laundry room.
