About the project
The project was developed under the 2018 through 2024 urban development program
and intends to offer the design and beautification solutions for a garden square within the existing venue. In the center of the square site, there is the Lozovy Culture Center in the classical Soviet-era style. The author suggests that the new garden square is divided into several zones: the Entrance, the Fairyland, the Summer stage, the Sports ground, the Alpine rock garden, and the Playground.
