About the project
Development of the district is associated with the restoration of the Zimins Palace. It is the main facade of the ex Pyatnitskaya Square and will be a new public city center. The square in front of it is designed as a place for citizens and tourists to meet and socialize.
The Trinity Brook that was filled up during construction of the local hydroelectric station will be partially unearthed to represent the original historical landscape. Moreover, they are going to show the contours of the gone Church of Paraskeva Friday and the walls of the Resurrection Monastery.
