About the project
The project of a living house reconstruction with building of a variously leveled facilities, connected with a beautified square. The semibasement parking will be located in the stylobate, and the tenant public premises will surround the square along the perimeter.
Individual facade solutions feature the same austere modern style — a new take on typical St. Petersburg’s modern and classicism architecture. Warm beige clinker tiling similar in color to the surrounding buildings is used to clad the facades. Glass and metal highlights liven up the image of the building.
