About the project
The basic point of the design concept for this new community in the town of Monchegorsk was to make it looking familiar and yet unique. The design reechoes the magnificent landscapes around the city, and offers comfortable and compact urban environment, as well as high quality living, and everything necessary at the walking distance. All of these are expected to key up the demand for the surrounding real estate facilities, thus attracting new residents.
The new community is likely to set a new living standard for Monchegorsk.
