About the project
With the objective of generating a productive house and placing that requirement at its heart, comes MeCa house. The idea of going for self sufficiency in matters ranging from energy to food, the process was intensified in an architecture which fully responds to the concept of circular economy. Thus, the project centers in the kitchen as an essential part and as its command center. This crossroads finds the challenge of a compact and efficient but thoroughly sunny and ventilated house: At terms with nature MeCa accomplishes a rich, generous, productive and recycling living space
