About the project
This housing development comprises 3 residential blocks of 7 and 9 storeys high, as well as a 2-storey administrative building. The network of public and private spaces is arranged with a pedestrian embankment and a shopping mall, and there is also the square facing the Southern Harbor.
Block A is designed in consonance with the historical development of the district dating back to the late 19th – early 20th centuries. Block B adds to the panorama of the island. Block C comprises three volumes united at the ground level, its frontons making the block look like typical developments of the Netherlands.
