About the project
The project’s construction documents include two façade designs, a sectional drawing, a perspective drawing, and a master plan. The residents will enjoy a cozy patio to rest and unwind. The outdoor area will feature a gym and walking / cycling paths. People with reduced mobility will be able to use wheelchair ramps. The house will have with two elevators. The project also provides for an underground and a surface level parking lot. A fire passage is made through the The arch in the main façade, which is a pedestrian zone, can be used as an accessway for fire engines in case of fire.
