About the project
This is a building of two blocks on a single stylobate. The residential block comprises two sections of 12 levels each. The facade is finished with plaster, the stylobate has a flat roof with railings. Walls are made of brick, the slab foundation supports monolith floor slabs.
The ground floor is intended for commercial premises, as well as pram storages and service rooms.
