About the project
The project is a sustainable spa and mountain climatic resort. The territory of the complex is divided into several zones, which are residential areas, public and recreational spaces. The project comprises KISLOROD hotel and AEROSPACE exhibition and concert complex. The latter is a glass clad building with a concert hall on the ground floor and an exhibition space in the main part. There is a restaurant on the 4th and 5th floors. Each of the floors or «levels» symbolizes one of the layers of the Earth’s atmosphere. The recreational area is located in the western part of the resort, while the residential area is in the eastern part. To unite these two areas, there is a bridge running above the roof of the AEROSPACE complex.
