About the project
Gentrification of the places that have fallen into disrepair or become too depressive is a global trend in many modern cities. It supports preservation of cultural and architectural heritage, but also helps the cities with removal of urban facilities that are not good for them. Such arrangements ensure better ecological, social and economical sustainability of the district and the city in general.
This is a project of an art cluster intended for entertainment and enlightenment and located in the Art Etazh Modern Art Museum in the heart of Vladivostok.
