About the project
The urban villas are designed in the village. Their windows open to the park, which makes them quite private. The stylobate underneath comprises a parking garage and a gym for the residents. Apartments on Level 1 go with private land plots, and apartments on Levels 2 and 3 have terraces on the stylobate. The central villa embraces a public convention and party hall plus a workout room.
The basic material used is brick, in particular, the 1st floor and some of the 2nd floor are finished with dark grey brick, whereas the rest of the facility features light brick.
