About the project
The multipurpose complex is located in the southern part of LenExpo Development.
The building follows the outlines of the site and forms a triangular volume. The main entrance is positioned at the intersection of Nalichnaya Street and Marine Glory Square. To the west of the complex, there is a spacious plaza with open-air exhibition space. The volume of the office part of the building protrudes above the plaza and has a separate entrance. The plaza gradually descends towards the embankment, which makes it possible to use it for various purposes at different levels.
