About the project
The multipurpose complex is located at the beginning of the embankment which leads to the Marine Glory Square in the northern part of the development.
The complex will house an exhibition space, a business center with coworking spaces, a workshop area, retail spaces, restaurants and cafes.
The main units within the building are united by a hall with large glazed facade and a multi-level indoor space. Its shape resembles a canyon, which is a reference to the harbor outside. The complex perfectly blends in with the surrounding urban landscape and forms an integral part of the embankment and the development.
