About the project
To design the facades for this residential development, the authors used the Grasshopper app. That’s why the pattern on the dynamic facades is so unique.
The combination of clinker bricks, stemalite, and aluminum panels painted to look like weathered brass ensure the best possible level of natural lighting within. To meet the needs of different groups of residents, the architects design 59 variants of apartment layouts. The surrounding grounds are to be beautified to resemble the hills of Sydney.
