About the project
The building represents the voice of the need for freedom and refuge of art, craftsmen and artists.
The full and the empty, the inside and the outside, the inside and the outside, art and the everyday; Basing a purpose for architectural idealization.
Just as in the representation of the built it can propose a void to guarantee the continuity of the immediate environment at street level, popular art is found in the void of the project, a place to develop in direct connection with people and daily life.
The interior of the project is made up of rooms and workshops that are balanced with areas and open spaces exposed to the unexpected, the unpredictable, art, the popular, the city. Leaving room for the unforeseen.
The result as a container of content is represented by a high volume that protects and covers a free and public explanation, a solid container apparently closed but with an open and free interior.
