About the project
Initially, the apartment comprised 3 small flats, each with its own bathroom and lots of supporting pillars. The challenge of the project was that needs of all the 4 family members had to be taken into account. After the works had already been started, the authors had to redesign the playroom into a nursery because of the new circumstances.
The color palette of the new apartment features light sandy hues with contrasting stone and nutwood veneer highlights. Each of the kids has a private room with a personal wardrobe and bathroom. The social premises of the apartment are the spacious kitchen combined with a sitting room and a dining area, and a relaxation zone at the bio fireplace.
