About the project
Heritage is a luxurious villa designed for the discerning homeowner, set to be built in a peaceful and private location in Rashayya, El Bikaa, offering stunning views of Jabal El Sheikh in the southern part of Lebanon. The two-story building with a roof level will feature luxurious receptions, a fully-equipped kitchen, guest rooms, and four lavish master bedrooms, a family room, and expansive windows showcasing breathtaking views. The villa will have modern amenities, including underground storage rooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, and a state-of-the-art solar system providing an eco-friendly and sustainable source of energy. Water tanks will collect and store winter drainage water for agricultural use during summer months. The roof level offers a cozy TV room, additional guest suite, and multiple terraces for relaxation.

Raymond Nicolas El Chami is an architect and PMP holder, and founder of R.C. Associates. With 22+ years of experience, he has overseen the construction of various projects, including mixed-use developments, hotels, and military installations. Raymond is skilled in feasibility studies, bidding, contract management, and negotiations, having worked with developers and contractors in Lebanon, Iraq (Kurdistan), UAE, and Africa. He is a registered architect in Lebanon.
