About the project
The apartment complex is surrounded with tropic plants, and its own site of 2.5 ha comprises 21 buildings of 4 storeys each. The architectural looks of the complex feature contemporary minimalism. The facility was designed for total reconstruction of existing 3-level buildings — each of them was upgraded with the 4th level and flat roofing. There are a swimming pool, a SPA center, a playground, workout zones, a BBQ area, plus 24/7 concierge and security services. The seafront is just a 700-meter walk from here.
