Brava Green Home Club
Category
Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project
The development has 32 floors, offering apartments and lofts, along with a 2,000m² leisure area. Ground floor will feature commercial spaces. Our challenge at Brava Green Home Club was to create a tunnel connecting two roads, serving as a link between the public and the private, uniting the present and the future for residents and the public. Opening doors to unprecedented architectural solutions in the region and Brazil, fulfilling its interactive role with society, bringing warmth, inspiration, and movement alongside sustainability. The concept is connection, inspiring the fluid forms of the facade that seamlessly blend with the surroundings, enhancing the urban environment and adding value to the development through its unique facade. Carefully selected colors and materials convey sophistication and coziness, resulting in a contemporary and disruptive design. Inside the tunnel, materials were thoughtfully chosen to create a pleasant sound experience as people pass through.
