About the project
This molecular visualization center with the area of 3,216 sq. m. is unique both in terms of architecture and medicine. It comprises several volumes with the same compositional touch of splitting the façade into sections of about 1,800 by 800 mm. This grants the facility a specific rhythm and helps with integrating it into the natural environment, where lots of tall conifers grow.
The facades are finished with aluminum panels and glazing units, and the engineering solutions are implemented by means of brick-filled monolith reinforced concrete frame. Two above-the-ground floors are complemented by one underground one.
