About the project
Depending on the objective of the order, competition and the budget allocated for its concretion, we present a proposal to be developed in two clearly differentiated stages.
Understanding the stageability as the mode of concretion and the reuse of the pre-existing work as a maximization of resources.
In a first stage, we propose to build in the backyard of the lot a SUM as a place for the meeting.
In a second stage, with the multipurpose room in operation, readapt the front house, returning to Rafaela a part of its architectural history.
