About the project
Project for a closed condominium located in Ponta Porã / Brazil, stands out for its grandeur at first sight. Its entrance has a span of 35m which it incorporates with the administrative part of the condominium. The material used to support the gap is fiberglass, the same used in yachts. We use materials that are out of the ordinary so that, in addition to not having seams, it is an icon for the city. In total there are 480 lots distributed throughout its extension. The infinity-edge pool and the entire leisure area overlooking the landscape, add to the charm of the development.

Applicant and authors of the project
DÁLBER AGUERO ARCHITECTS, based in the Capital Campo Grande MS, was founded in 2009 by Architect Dálber Agüero Ferreira. With a focus on residential and commercial architecture, the creative and administrative team is made up of 14 professionals, 8 of whom are architects who are divided into 3 main sectors. In addition to these, there are many partnerships signed in several areas of activity, such as interior architecture, lighting, construction and automation, landscaping.
