About the project
The 3 Star IZZZI apartment hotel is located in the center of St. Petersburg. A part of the Minor Gostiny Dvor (Bazaar), which used to be a major trading center in the 19th century, was readjusted to house the hotel.
The historic facade was left as it was in the old times, and some of the interior elements were restored, including the vault ceilings, the grates, and the cast iron pillars. All of these became some kind of objet d'art, adding zest to the project.
