I am ready to submit digital images of the project in high resolution to be printed out, exhibited and transferred to the collection of the Museum of St. Petersburg History, if required by the Organizing Committee.

The applicant confirms that they are the author of all information and materials submitted in the application and guarantees that there are no third-party claims related to intellectual property rights concerning these materials and information. In the event of such claims, the applicant agrees to provide a detailed response within one calendar day of receiving notification from the award organizers. Should any legal proceedings arise in which the award organizer is named as a defendant, the applicant agrees to compensate the organizer for all legal expenses incurred, including any damages or penalties imposed by a court ruling in connection with intellectual property rights infringement claims.

I am aware that application with attached collages, plans, schemes, maps as well as images with logos/watermarks is to be declined.

Nominees are invited to join the competition free of charge. Projects fulfilled (and in case of implemented products – the ones commissioned) after January 1, 2017 are admitted. Entries are accepted through October, 15, 2019.

Please, note that one submitter can submit only one entry!

The Arrangements Committee reserves the right to deny a submitter participation in the Awards at their sole discretion.
