Special 'Genius Petropolis' (“Spirit of St. Petersburg”) prize established by the Worldwide St. Petersburg Club in honour of Valentina Orlova (1946—2021), the first Chairwoman of the Board of the Club. Separate application is not required. The laureate will be selected among the participants in the main categories by the Club of Petersburgers panel of experts.
