Submission deadline: September 15, 11:59 PM Moscow time (GMT+3). The Golden Trezzini Awards, an international architecture and design prize, was established in St. Petersburg in 2018 under the auspices of the Worldwide St. Petersburg Club and named after the city's first architect, Domenico Trezzini (1670–1734).

The motto of the Awards is "Architecture as Art." The main prize is a statuette of Domenico Trezzini, handcrafted by the Imperial Porcelain Manufactory, founded in 1744.

The Golden Trezzini Awards is the only architecture and design prize in the world whose laureates' projects enter a state museum collection. The State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg adds to its holdings outstanding architectural works from around the world that the Awards' experts have deemed worthy of museum status — in effect, worthy of permanence. The works of winners and finalists are also exhibited annually at the Peter and Paul Fortress.

The Awards' International Council is chaired by Mikhail Piotrovsky, Director General of the State Hermitage Museum and President of the Worldwide St. Petersburg Club. The Council and jury comprise more than 200 experts from 35 countries.

Over its history, the Awards has received more than 6,400 entries from 114 countries.

For its 9th season, applicants may compete in 24 categories spanning multiple fields of architectural practice, open to both completed projects and concepts: building and structure design, interior design for residential and public spaces, restoration and reconstruction, museum exhibition and theater set design, and architectural ceramics. Separate categories are reserved for architecture students.

Entries are submitted online at the Awards' official website, goldtrezzini.org.

The awards ceremony for the 9th season winners will be held on November 20, 2026, at the State Hermitage Museum.

The Awards' organizing committee reminds applicants that the submission deadline will not be extended; registration closes at midnight.

Participation in the Awards is free of charge.
