The Golden Trezzini Awards are pleased to announce the participation of renowned architects Jenchieh Hung and Kulthida Songkittipakdee, along with their Bangkok-based firm, Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS design and research, in a prestigious architectural and design exhibition at the State Museum of St. Petersburg History. Organized by the Golden Trezzini Awards, the exhibition showcases their acclaimed projects Aluminum Grotto and Public Ground from Thailand.
In addition to this meaningful exhibition, Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS design and research were named winners of the Golden Trezzini Awards 2024—becoming the first Thai firm to receive this esteemed recognition. Their work transcends conventional architecture, engaging in a cultural dialogue that interweaves place, memory, and community.
Guided by the belief that architecture should reflect collective experience while sparking imagination, architects and professors Jenchieh Hung and Kulthida Songkittipakdee create spaces that harmonize tradition with innovation, and identity with shared values. Rather than chasing spectacle, their practice is grounded in meaning and intention.
This international collaboration highlights the shared cultural aspirations of Thailand and Russia—two nations actively exploring the role of soft power and the integration of cultural narratives into architecture and design.
